Frequently Asked Questions
  • You might see warning signs such as cracks in the sheetrock or brick veneer. Sticky or miss-aligned doors and windows are also indicators of a foundation problem. Call Jericho and our experts will come out and give you a free assessment, with no obligation.
  • On average, repairs take 2-3 days to complete.
  • Yes we do! E-mail or call us and we will be glad to send you a list of references for satisfied customers in your area.
  • There isn't really anything you have to do ahead of time. As a precaution, you may want to take down any pictures, mirrors,  or fragile items that may fall from the vibrations of the jack hammer.
  • Yes! We stand by our lifetime, transferable warranty. After work is completed and paid in full, a lifetime warranty certificate is issued on the scope of the work.
  • If any plants or shrubs need to be removed in order for our crews to gain access, we will place them to the side and water them while work is being done. Once the work is completed, we will replant and water them. Our crews make every effort to keep the plants alive, but they are not gardeners so we do not guarantee they will survive.
  • For repairs where only exterior pilings are going to be installed, the only time we will need to get into the property is when we are ready to level, near the completion of the repairs. If interior pilings are needed, we will need access to the inside of the home for the pilings to be installed,
  • No. Our inspectors are very knowledgeable about foundation and combined have over 50 years of experience, but they are not structural engineers. We do work closely with a certified structural engineer who approves any drawings that are needed for us to pull permits.
